Tips on how I work in food I like & maintain my weight off season; I love sushi & like eating it often if not prepping. You cant always have your cake and eat it too so; - I make sure I keep my eating in check 80% of the time choosing fish / seafood / egg whites with lots of veggies. - I dont count my macros exactly, I know roughly where Im at & the simple & complex carbs I do have I time round my training the other means contain minimal carbs but more healthy fats. - I order Americano / long black coffees & only get a cappuccino when Im up to my free coffee (every 10th one). - If I get caught out without meals or its late & my fav Japanese places are closed Ill make a choice of something different but healthy whole food such as grabbing yogurt & organic dates at the supermarket (which was 45g carbs & about 12-15g protein), did the job for post workout fuel! - Sundays I only eat lightly eg a green smoothie & pre workout snack then at night have what I like, too much haha but If pull it back in if I needed to (if weight continued to go up), if Im maintaining & happy no need to fix whats not broken!
