Titanci ship sanked. The hidden reasons : 1. there was one more ship which was ahead of Titanic which reported about iceberg. This was tranmsiited by that ship but he radio officer forgot to put the important code. 2. When this message reached titanic since there were no mobile phones at that time there were huge nos of messaes to be send to homes of the people who were sailing so radio officer of Titanic did not look at this message as the important cod was not there and gave it to his subordinate and u all know how subordinates are. 3. Binoculuarse were locked inside the cabinet and the key was with the Suprentendent of the ship . 4. Titanic was designed to be unsinkable ship .
