Title - End User Computer Manager Location - Lynnwood, Pretoria Salary - R25 000 Responsible for managing a team of professionals to design, implement, and maintain our collaborative services and technologies for the enterprise and clients. The candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge, team leadership and development, project management, operational focus, metrics driven capabilities, and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work with IT and business staff at all levels to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. Qualifications • Degree/diploma/National Diploma. • Preferably 3-5 years management experience • 3+ years experience managing end user computing operations function • 3+ years experience in architecture, design, and/or operational management of Collaboration products and related technologies • 3+ years experience in managing direct reports of 5 or more individuals • Knowledge of AD, Exchange, Office 365,Anti-Virus, SharePoint, BI and Windows Server and desktop platforms • Manage/lead staff and re sources throughout a project and effectively lead project teams • Manage/lead staff and resources through day to day run and maintain activities • Identify and manage project scope, objectives and benefits, work tasks, resource requirements and assignments, schedules, budgets, issues, risk and deliverables. Monitor project progress to ensure completion on-time and within budget. • Oversee and monitor services performance, ensure proper redundancy within critical components of the infrastructure, and ensure systems are available and meet and/or exceed required service levels. • Maintain knowledge of current industry best practices and implement proper solutions were practical. • Contribute to the development of standards, policies and procedures and adhere to IT standards, policies and procedures.
