Stoney Age 35-45 Ethnicity - Black, Mixed Race Stoney is a pretty unassuming 40 year old man. He’s a nice guy and ally to the protagonist Veronica, but dont get him wrong, hes a stone cold killer. A gangster from youth, respected by cops and criminals alike. Scott Tanner Age 40-45 Ethnicity White, Black, Mixed Race Tanner is a not so honest cop who once was a decent detective. He’s the former partner and mentor of the protagonist Veronica. Now he skates by doing the bare minimum. Every once and while he steps up when hes interested. Victor A.K.A. Big Italian Age 45-50 Ethnicity - Italian Victor is a runner for the drug lord Jonas. He’s not the brightest guy, but he’s extremely loyal to Jonas. He’s also willing to get his hands dirty if need be. Tattoo Face Age 30-40 Ethnicity - White, Hispanic, Mixed Race, Native American The man with the face tattoo is one of the goons of the drug lord, Jonas. Lucy Blake A.K.A. The mysterious woman Age 38-45 Ethnicity - White Lucy is the loving and supporting wife of rapist serial killer Vincent Blake. She loves and adores her husband so much that she supports his sick addiction and even assists him in his process.
