Title : Executive Search Consultant Location: Yangon Role : The Executive Search Consultant (ESC) is responsible to provide end-to-end recruitment and selection service to our clients who are mainly but not limited to international companies. This means that the ESC is responsible to ensure that the CVs we forwarded to our clients have the best fit with the job requirements. In doing so, the ESC will be required to check CV suitability, interview the candidates and write up report to provide to the clients. To perform her/his job, the ESC will be assisted by a team of searchers but in most cases the ESC will also need to conduct their own searching through our database and at the same time use her/his network. Therefore, the ESC should have the following qualifications: Skills Set and Requirement: • At least 2 years of hands on experience as recruiter either in a recruitment firm or as a corporate recruiter in international company • Have experience in recruiting middle management positions and above • Ability to match CVs with job requirements • Ability to conduct preliminary interview as well as competency based interview (CBI) • Ability to write comprehensive interview report • Bachelor degree in any field but Psychology is preferred • Fluency in English is a must • Have a Competency Based Interview certificate is an advantage • Skill or experience in conducting Assessment Center Personality Traits: • Good self confidence • Analytical skill • Pleasant personality Interesting and qualified individuals should send their credentials to rosehtoon07@gmail
