Discovery: · Review current ColdFusion7x IAS/EOM portal and make recommendations on migrating content to existing 2010 SharePoint Enterprise environment. 2. Development: · Document site architecture (SharePoint Intranet Portal), search scope, and security model in compliance with established criteria from City Enterprise Department. · Assist in development of document management scheme, including metadata for search, document control (version control), and workflow for document/record retention/destruction (per City Policy). · Work with in-house developer (Information Technology Services) to design master pages/templates within the existing SharePoint Enterprise 2010 environment. · Work with Information Technology Services to understand the environment, existing web parts, and following established standards, policies, and procedures. · Develop web-based database for manuals and other supporting documentation. · Include a minimum of seven database entry fields (Project name, Project contract number, Document type, Facility, Process area - if applicable, Specification section number, and Tag number(s)). · Provide user management (account creation and modification for security and permissions). · Provide administration area for restricted access functions by administrators. · Develop reports compatible to email, pdf, Word, and Excel formats. · Develop log system for all entry, deletion, and modification of data and user account. · Provide database documentation in line with programming codes with explanation of each table and column (complete document on database from starting point to implementations and maintenance) 3. Migration: · Develop migration tools to facilitate data transfer from Cold Fusion7x to SharePoint Enterprise 2013 environment. Data includes existing web pages and hyperlinks, and files (PDFs, manuals, supporting documentation). · Demonstration of effective migration tools and procedures by preforming migration on one facility is required by vendor. · Vendor has the option to bid on full migration service. 4. Implementation: · Provide the site architecture (SharePoint Intranet Portal) including look and feel, workflows, tracking and mobility options, view, and print capabilities. · Ensure the systems generate “Error Dialogue Boxes” for erroneous entries in the forms with correct format prescription. Data entry test records should be documented while being corrected for future development needs and to be included with other deliverables. · Provide training services for end users and administrators, including development of training manuals.
