Title: THE SAMPAGUITA LEIS This morning, when my husband and I were walking at the garage heading towards the gate going outside the street, there was an old lady holding sampaguita leis. Shes selling those and offering us. My husband asked me to get 10pesos for the lady. He has a generous heart especially with the old people. He usually gives alms and would never accept the items those old people sell. As I handed over the coins to the old lady, my husband said, Huwag na po. He was referring to the items the old lady was selling. He just wanted to give alms instead of buying the items. I wouldnt want to offend her so I just accepted the sampaguita leis she was giving to us. While she was giving the leis, she spoke, Para sa Panginoon yan. Pagpalain kayo ng Panginoon. Bibigyan Niya kayo ng mga biyaya. I answered back saying, Amen po. Salamat po. I have received the sampaguita leis with a bonus, blessings from that strange old lady. I put the leis inside the bedroom as I remembered my grandmother, Lola Anday. My mama said that it was Lola Andays favorite flower thats why whenever we visit her tomb at the Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina, we always bring that perfumed flower. I can see myself in the future as an old lady selling even at an old age. This day has been a very joyful day for me. I have received a sale from my dealership this morning while this afternoon had been a great business meeting wherein I was able to negotiate and came up with a very good business deal. Last night, my husband and I prayed for a specific prayer petition. I am praising God for HE showed HIS miracles as our prayers were answered this day! It has always been the abundant blessings of the Heavenly Father thru Jesus with the Power of the Holy Spirit that keep on flowing over me but sometimes I run away from it. The LORD speaks to me as HE uses other people to send HIS message of Love, HE uses events in my life telling me that the Good LORD loves me and will never leave me. I am forever grateful for HIS Faithfulness and Kindness. I will forever praise the LORD for the wonderful things HE has done in my life! 4th of September 2014 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.
