Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;In sure hope, this is a guarentee that cannot be broken. Our God and Heavenly Father promised this hope in eternal life before this world age [cosmos] began. This promise goes even into the eternity past. This is saying that God chose certain ones back in the first earth age, before this world age was even formed in Genesis 1:2.
