To : ALL STUDENTS Subject : Final Year Gala Dinner & Pens Down Date : 23 October 2014 Final Year Gala Dinner The CSRC 2014/15 engaged with Management to postpone the Scheduled ‘Final Year Finger Lunch’ , as there was a growing concern from a number of Final Year students wanting an official a Gala Dinner. Therefore, it was agreed that the Final Year student will have their GALA-Dinner on the 20th November 2014 (Thursday). As exams end on the 19th and also due to the fact that the venue of great hall and student Centre hall is booked before time. Therefore we urge all Final Year students to continue registering their Names for the Gala Dinner as it was stated in the SMS . Pens Down Please take note the CSRC 2014/15 will be having the official Pens Down event on Saturday- 22 November 2014, further details will be communicated in due time. Residence Closure Please take note as per the year plan of the University; last day to vacate residence is on the 5th December 2014.
