Please could we put some meaning in the DEATH of the students/ children/youth of 16 June 1976 and contribute positively to education, particularly Black education by not wearing school uniform and going to drink and be drunk on June 16... Please I pray you my fellow South Africans.... On this day hundreds of students died for you and I to enjoy the freedom we have today. Let us all think of the message we are communicating to our young ones, actually to our BLACK children that "it is cool" to be in school uniform and be drunk...This does not happen when we remember Holocaust or Hiroshima - it only happens to us as Blacks, because, Black life is cheap.... I pray you... You can do it on Monday if you wish to but not on Sunday June 16 PLEASE!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
