To AVAIL!! Teaching children to give help, to feel compassion &offer up whats theirs to those in need is one of the most influencial gifts you can give them. Yesturday in 117°, an 80 year old homeless man walked in the heat, we flipped around, surrounded by scrap metal yards &such, there was little opportunity to pull over, my son ran 100 yards with a smile to give the man 2 water bottles and $15, &returned wishing we had more to give him♡he said, Thanks mom, for always doing things like this. Im suprised you didnt offer to give him a ride. Today, Im wondering why I didnt. Well, next time I think Ill give that a bit more thought. I sorta taught myself to be less impulsive, not throwing caution to the wind so much as I used to... Ive put many a homeless or needy people and whole families in my vehicles in my time, perhaps I can refind that in myself, he was so very old after all.... heres to angelic messages in angelic opportunities btw.
