To All : A ironical and a ridiculous post on FB : I saw a post with a picture in FB yesterday on Modi wishing for a happy Diwali and not to buy Chinese crackers on the occasion and instead ignite Desi ones. Has he got any common sense ? To ban the import of Chinese Crackers into India is well within his prerogative and he can direct the Ministry of Commerce to impose a ban on its import, this is yet another one of his irrational statements, now coming to Diwali, I do agree that setting of fire crackers and lighting up the night works crackers is a part of the Indian Tradition and none can prevent it, but in these 100 + days in Office ( I am to post his performance shortly ) , he has done nothing for the common man, inflation is high, prices are soaring, fuel prices are jacked without appropriating from the Oil pool reserve, the Food Security Bill has not been implemented, the Lok pal bill is in the trash bin, the RTI is forgotten, the verbose talk of Mega projects go on without disclosing from where the money is coming from, the FDI has been opened up and no one barring two corporations in the Agricultural sector have expressed a interest in principle, no aid nor investments from abroad are pouring in, the whole sale price index is at 5.7 % now, nothing has been done to assure rural employment and for the ones who are educated, and in the semi urban and urban areas, no policy has been rolled out on any subject , no medicare scheme has been brought about, the army personnel have been deprived in their rightful benefits, the judiciary has been dislodged, the press is in their control , ( Both Print and Visual ), nothing came out of his trip to Nepal, Bhutan and Japan , there was no pact signed, and Indias defense along its borders is being tested everyday by heavy firing and casualties on the Indian side and this Government has not done anything to retaliate, they lost miserably in the by elections, and the RSS is upto all dirty tricks. He is silent and if at all he talks it is big, The above are just a few , there is more which I shall post. Now coming to Diwali, does he know the price of crackers ? No common household can afford them easily, ensure first they are fed by the Food Security bill through the PDS and improve their welfare and economic conditions. I want to mention one thing finally and pardon me if I am affronting anyones sentiments on the glory of Diwali. It is a festival of lights to celebrate the victory of Good over Evil, but this time around I feel with his administration, it is just the converse................................. What a statement from him and Governance,,,,,,,,,,,, he must be amongst other leaders in the hall of fame as yet another great mishap
