To : All Distributors From : Management Subject : Exclusive Territories Date : July 9,2014 This is to reiterate our memorandum issued last January 23,2013 that all Distributors in the Philippines are strictly prohibited to send any products, either products re-order or Global Packages to other countries where AIM GLOBAL is actively operating ( SINGAPORE, HAWAII, BRUNEI, TAIWAN, GHANA, KUWAIT AND DUBAI). Furthermore, please refer to our policy specifically in page section 3.2 whereas; 3.2 EXCLUSIVE TERRITORIES The Distributor may extend his or her sponsoring activities to any country where ALLIANCE IN MOTION GLOBAL, INC. Exists and to other territories as may be approved by the management. However, distributor are only allowed to purchase their products from any from any BCOs in their home base and it is strictly prohibited for any distributor to send products to their groups in other countries where ALLIANCE IN MOTION GLOBAL, INC. is operating, as this will directly compete incentives earned by any distributor from such transaction will be forfeited by the management.
