Date and Venue of Exam: November 16, 2014 - TERRA SANTA SCHOOL, #49 Yefet St., Yafo, Tel Aviv NOTE: Please help us provide sketch to the examinees and how to go there. 2. Issuance of Notice of Admission: November 14 (Friday), from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Philippine Embassy NOTE: Please bring your Official Receipt 3. P21.00 for documentary stamp shall be paid to PRC Representatives. 4. Requirements: a) Window envelope with metered stamp is not required. Results will be posted at the PRC Website or the Embassy can request for posting in the website. b) Any pencil will do but PRC will bring Mongol for all examinees. 5. PLEASE OBSERVE THE SCHEDULE OF THE EXAM PROPERLY, EXAMINEES WHO COME ON LATE SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAM ANYMORE. Please inform also those who do not have submitted their e-mail addresses.
