To All Those on the Front Line having to make a Living while dealing with Racist on the Job I Salute you and this is to let you know to keep your head up and do the Best you can. Before I go any further A Racist is anyone who objects to your existence because of your Race . Color or Abilities, etc. They are actually inferior and they feel inferior , when a person is insecure in their inferiority their usual remedy is to target the persons who they feel inferior to this also includes your own Race these are people who hate themselves and therefore they hate their own reflection which is you. They also subscribe to acting like the master, therefore he does what his masters tells him, how to when to who to which adds to their personal issues Now, its beyond frustrating when one has the responsibility of making a living while having to deal with nonsense and ignorance. As A Dark skinned Woman I know the aggravation of being followed around the job being observed and harassed , while seemingly never being able to do anything right. No matter how exemplary the end result theres always a negative comment , concluding that the job hasnt been done right. When In fact its been done beyond the standard in a timely and orderly fashion. As a matter of fact you have completed your task, while others fiddle around in pure laziness. While adding insult to injury their co workers and Cohort follows the other inferior beings lead of harassing you and your abilities as a way to make you feel inferior and incompetent as to confirm you cant do your job right. Boy this is A Game that They play that can really get them hurt. Nevermind the deck is stacked against you. You have children at home and a family to feed and these people play their Sick Psyco games, never stopping to Think or care of all the other issues one may have going on in their lives. Mean while, your the target and other Blacks or lighter skinned Blacks may not be targeted at which time they have no idea of what the hell your talking about or experiencing, which also can leave you feeling isolated and alone with a Ton on your shoulder. Your Not Crazy anyone that has lived through this knows Exactly what I am talking about. Its Only God that keeps Us. For no one should have to work under such conditions, but we do because someone else is Depending on Us. Keep your head up its not easy and when anyone tells you otherwise they have no idea Your not Crazy or Insane and its not your imagination its real. Until one goes Postal. Dont let anyone push you to the edge Walk away if you have to. My personal experience is that God does so much for Me and not once have I felt the need to belittle undermine or defeat myself in the wake of all that is done in my life. Therefore, I concluded it wasnt Gods will for me to depend and tolerate being treated in such away , so I walked away. God never forsake or left me or Us. Know who your source of strength and Power comes from. And Proceed on. Hustlers Unite , Dont let it break you. Let it Motivate you to be a Boss. If I mistakenly tagged you I apologize.
