To All my friends, the People of Chuuk State, most especially the concern residents of the Southern Namoneas Region, my tiro, my respect, my greetings and best wishes as we continue to celebrate the joyous Easter Season. With ALL my heart, and the loving support of my family, especially my wife Fidarina, my sons Mersef and Repienifou, and my dear daughter Mary Kay Ineiefich, it is my pleasure and honor to inform you ALL that I am willing, I am ready, and I am preparing myself to commit strongly to the service of our Beloved Country as the representative of the Southern Namoneas Region (Congressional Election District No. 3)in the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia, if God so willing, and the Good People of Southern Namoneas decide so during the upcoming March 2015 election. I thank the Lord for his loving providence to our native land. I bow my head to our pioneers and Founding Leaders in gratitude for preserving the right to exercise self-determination. And I thank all of those who have helped in molding and forming my life so that I can grow into the man that I am today. But, more importantly, I wish to extend my sincere and humble invitation for all the People of Southern Namoneas to work together resolutely in keeping our home a place we want to be; in making decisions that build opportunities for growth; in shaping a responsible future that we can proudly hand over to our children; and in developing a Nation of diligent citizens who understand the need to abide by steadfast principles of responsibility, integrity, and respect for common good. We must elevate ourselves through hard work and dedication to the cause upon which our Federation was born -- to make real the exercise of sovereignty and self-reliance as a Nation among friends. With this in mind and heart, I humbly but confidently say to you, let us forge ahead together relentlessly, guided by faith and the freedom to choose and do the right thing. Here is an opportunity for you to be part of a movement for the right change. Be part of that right change, as individuals and as a team. Let us wake the dormant giant beneath the depth of possibilities long buried in the bosom of our diverse natural home known to ALL of us as Southern Namoneas. Marcellus (Marz) J.
