To All of Our BSR Friends and Family, We are sure many of you have heard about the recent allegations that have been made against Ben Siegel. We wanted to make sure you heard directly from us that they are not accurate and will be defended in the appropriate forum. As always, the safety of the animals at BSR is our number one priority and our 15 year history speaks for itself. Many of you are also aware of the trying circumstances under which we have been operating for the past several months as we have been helping Ben to recuperate. His friends and family are working round the clock to give Ben the support he needs and we thank so many of you who have offered your help during this difficult period. We will continue to work hard to ensure the safety of our animals and to ensure that you, our loyal and faithful friends and customers, are taken care of responsively and authentically, as you always have been.
