To BE DESTROYED SUN 8/24/14 KD LOVES EVERYONE! THIS SWEET, AFFECTIONATE, MUSHBALL IS HOUSE TRAINED, LOVES PEOPLE & DOGS, BIG & SMALL, PLAY BOWS & HAS THE BIGGEST & HAPPIEST GRIN! HE WANTS TO BE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY, TOO! ! A volunteer writes: Are you ready to have some fun? Then allow KD (Im gonna guess that stands for Kissable Dude) to lead the way! No one does joie de vivre quite like this 71 pound mushball and you havent really appreciated the world and its many human and canine friends until youve seen them through KDs eyes...the sweet, caramel-colored eyes of luuuurve! Like an overgrown puppy he bounds through life with a happy tail and nothing but good humor for everyone he meets, male or female, large or small. A senior husky is greeted through the fence with butt waggles and play-bows before KD moves onto the next pen where he proceeds to cozy up to a shy little Pittie girl, pawing at the gate as he whines for her to come play with him. As youd expect, this lovable meathead is a strong and enthusiastic walker but hes also very responsive and theres no better feeling than complimenting him as we make our way down the street and having his big, cheesy grin turned my way - yes KD, you are a good boy indeed! He seems to be extremely house trained, taking care of all his business immediately, and though hes clearly been taught to beg for treats KD also sits politely on command before mouthing them ever so gently from my hand. This handsome hunk is at our Manhattan Care Center, waiting for the active, experienced home hes always dreamed of - preferably one with another doggie sibling (or two!) to share in the fun and games hes sure to instigate.
