Its training. b) 50% of the world champions in this video are wearing head gear. c) 50% of the people sparring in this *video* (at premier gym Black House) are wearing protective gear beyond just gloves and shin guards. I know what youre thinking, aye, but Anderson Silvas not, and hes my favourite... I wanna train like him... Ok then.
