To Claim Your Birth Right Exercise One: Please put down to one thing you fear to most. I will work to enable you to claim your birthright over the next few days, also what can you do to change this? If you live you live worrying about the what, ifs and buts you are not living. You are limiting every decision, every event and moment. Fear shows it face in many different forms but it is still fear. Lets look at the next part of my eight part program..... STEP 2: The DTM Factor. What is The DTM Factor? The DTM Factor is the Key to SUCCESS! It is the vital link missing in most people’s lives. Without understanding the DTM Factor, you will always slip back into negative patterns that have stopped you in the past and are stopping NOW! So, what does DTM stand for? DTM means “Detoxing The Mind”. Most people are willing to Detox the Body and completely forget the Mind. It is the Mind that through our thoughts sets up barriers and limits that stop us from being all we can be. How do we detox the Mind? First, consciously becoming aware of what we are thinking. Do you realize that the Mind is made up of the preconceived ideas and attitudes of others? How? Learnt over a lifetime of listening and watching family, friends, schooling, books and the media. These thoughts from our parents, teachers, friends, media, have created our belief system. As we grow older, we begin to question what feels true and correct for us. In other words we examine our beliefs and start to sift through what isn’t needed, or those that we feel are outdated. Detoxing the Mind is learning to recognise and let go of negative thinking patterns. Negative thoughts bash us up, making us feel unworthy, not good enough. Have you ever noticed how the Mind can turn a thought into a demon so big that at times there seems no light at the end of the tunnel. Where positive thoughts support us and help us build our Self Esteem, making us feel good about ourselves and about life. Remember, what you do with your mind does make a difference, so detox NOW! Then Choose Only Thoughts That Support YOU.
