To: Fernridge Management Service Inc. Michael De Veyra Good day. I am writing this letter to request for a full refund due to a frustrating experience and unsatisfactory service which have caused us to lose confidence in your company . First, we have been trying for months now in getting a confirmation for the grand opening of Fernridge, which was initially promised to be on the last week of September 2013 when we initially spoke with your agent Renalyn, but then we were advised that it will be on December 2013 (with no estimated date nor week). We were assured that there will be a soft opening of the venue on September 28, 2013, and only few weeks ago, we were advised that it now be moved again on October 5, 2013. We also cannot get an assurance that it will not be moved again. Second, we had a very frustrating time in even finding out the date of the grand opening due to the fact that both account executives we dealt with seems to be unable to provide some details of it when we asked them for the information. The first account executive(Renalyn) was able to give us updates until she resigned and had to pass over our account to Vangie, who either seemed to brush off our inquiries and requests for her to call us or email us regularly stating that she was not receiving any of our calls or text messages, or was just giving lip service while giving empty assurances about the date of the opening or the approval by the Archdiocese of Talisay in building the "nature chapel" insideBuena Vista. Both of them would also provide an initial date for the grand opening one day but will then say that it may change the next day. Third, we were initially promised that a nature chapel will be built inside Fernridge. This was one of the main reasons why we chose to transact with Fernridge since it would have made the "Worry-free Package" more enticing for us having the wedding and the reception in one place, so to speak. We then found out that Fernrdige was first having problems getting an approval from the Archdiocese of Talisay in building a nature chapel inside Buena Vista and had a hard time getting updates from you whether it will be built or not. Due to the following reasons, we are requesting for a full refund of what we have already payed your company (5 payments) and also request from you to not deposit the remaining checks as I have already requested for my bank for a stop payment on my checking account. We already made a payment amounting to 180,035 to Fernridge Management Service Inc. This includes the Php 5,000.00 Reservation fee Php 35,007.00 - Check Php 35,007.00 - Check Php 35,007.00 - Check Php 35,007.00 - Check Php 35,007.00 - Check And a payment amounting to Php 12,200.00 (Check) to Michael De Veyra for the Amenities such as sky lantern, dance panel and carriage. We are expecting a total refund amt of Php 192,235.00. Please make this payable in check to Rhobie Anne Santos. Again, may I remind you to not deposit the following checks as I requested to put a stop payment on these. Check = Php 35,007.00 Check = Php 205,042.00 Hoping for your prompt response and kind consideration as we definitely need our fund in considering an alternate venue. Thank you. From: Rhobie Anne P. Santos and Rio Hondo G. Mojica
