Respondent-2 First Appeal under section 19 (1) of RTI Act 2005 Sir, I applied under RTI Act 2005 on 05-6-2013 to Central Public Information Officer, State Bank of India, Main Branch Jind and sought information at 7 points only (Annexure P-1) and it was replied by CPIO of State Bank of India, Hisar vide Letter No. RBO/Staff/2173 dated 24-6-103 (Annexure P-2) and refused to supply the requisite information at all points stating that for point no. 1 - 3 is inquiry which is exempted under section 2 (f) of the Act, whereas Section 2 (f) of RTI Act 2005 describe the definition of information not exemption and for point no 4 - 6 stated that it is personal information, whereas it not person information, it is about the employees of the Bank and as per provision of Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 CPIO has to be supply the information, for point no. 7 stated that it is inquiry & exempted under Section 2 (f) of the Act, whereas Section 2 (f) of RTI Act 2005 describe the definition of information not exemption. The information which are exempted comes under Section 8 & 9 of RTI Act 2005. Information sought by me at all 7 points comes under Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 and it is the responsibility the Central Public Information Officer to provide the requisite information. In view of the above facts I therefore request you accept my First Appeal as per provision of Section 19 (1) of RTI Act 2005 and decide it as per provision of Section 19 (6) of RTI Act 2005 and also request ensure that requisite information is supplied to me as per my RTI application dated 05-6-2013 and as per provision of Section 7 (6) of RTI Act 2005.
