To Foxboro Selectmen: Do your job! Does that statement sound familiar? Certain organizations use that as a guide for success. So ... When a BoS member states they have not had enough time to review certain items on the agenda that were in their package -- five days prior to their meeting -- that tells me they are not doing their job! So ... When a BoS member states that another board member doesnt even know who a headliner is for a concert, and then that same board member proceeds to vote for approval of that concert to happen -- this tells me that they are not doing their job! So ... When a BoS member is supposed to conduct himself in a mature manner, and then rudely interrupts repeatedly, thereby disrupting the meeting, this tells me they are not doing their job! So ... When a BoS member is supposed to be a mature leader in the meetings, but then present himself immaturely, announcing loudly I AM NOT DOING THIS! And insulting the Guests in our meetings reminds me of a child who says, Im gonna take my ball and go home! This also tells me they are not doing their job! I am not saying being a Selectman is an easy job. What I am saying is, it is YOUR job-so DO YOUR JOB!
