Sam Lockhart 11:31am Jun 19 The next phase leading up to Dave’s third trial which will hopefully result in an acquittal is starting Monday June 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM in Lebanon Indian, which is located in Boone County. An important series of hearings will take place the week of the 24th. I am not certain how many days the hearings will take but there should be some important discover being exchanged and discussed. I would love to see the courtroom packed with David Camm supporters including friends, family and anyone else who understands what a terrible injustice was done in this case. We need to be at every hearing including Jury selection as well as the trial which is scheduled to start on Monday August 5th 2013. If you have any friends, relatives, or associates in that area please educate them on this case and invite them to attend as often as possible and ask them to sit behind David’s side in the courtroom. By doing this David will see and feel your support and I am sure the Judge will also notice this. I will not be able to attend this week because of other commitments so I ask any of you that can come please do so and fill my seat. I would also encourage you all to invite others to come. This case is nationally known and could have a big impact on the future of the “science” of Bloodstain Pattern Analysis as well as some other forensic science issues. I hope a lot of you can make it.
