To Jacqueline Sambu and the rest, having cogitated on articles 147 ( 3 ), 134 ( 1b ) as well as 146 ( 1 ), ( 2a ), it is my opinion that what the President did is in no way subject to any other interpretation especially that of the senior counsel Mategei. Surrendering of instruments of power, as he puts it, and the written speech addressed to the two houses, do not concomitantly amount to resignation. The surrender of the presidential mortocade is mere a matter to ponder over not forgetting to mention that just because the President writes to the two houses in any way suggests resignation. I am a junior at the School of Law and Im yet to learn more about Constitutional Law. Tuya, a man of wisdom you are, Im just wondering how come we never met.
