To KTM Customer Service Manager (just sent!) I am taking ets from kl sentral to ipoh; 20:00 - 22.20, right now on 7th dec 2014. I am hanging out and rather seat at the cafe and ordered a cup of nescafe. I was informed by a female staff that they are running out of change.More than an hour later, after quite a number of transfactions occurred, I tried to order again, while under the impression that a change of rm50 would be available by then. But again I was declined. What irked me are: 1. How do you operating a cafe without loose change? You cannot expect a customer to be mindful of preparing loose change. 2. what left me rather annoyed was the way she reply and the look that she gave as if it is my reponsibility to have loose change even after an hour of operation 3. If the loose change is really an issue, dont you have a std or procedure to change it when you were at kl sentral or change at other stations? Do explain! -kar-
