To: Law Student who did not see this in the LSC Page! This is the Communique from the LSC Chairperson Tayo Alabi whom has since removed it from the LSC page, further when we expressed our disatisfaction we were removed from the LSC page, not to say that i care but i believe this hypocricy must be exposed. He is the same person who wrote an open letter to the former legal Affairs telling him of his incompetency yet when we express our dissatisfaction towards him he censors us and remove our comment from our page. What is the difference between you, Alabi and the former legal Affairs? The only differance between you and him is that atleast the former legal Affairs is braver than you, even if he did not respond entirely to ur allegations he had the liver to tell you that he will respond in due time, he never removed ur allegation nor remove u from the SRC page. I am happy I stated my views together with Cde Maimela and others those who saw the conversation will agree. I believe the chairperson has done or will do what he does as usual, coping and printing the conversation of students and showing them to the management. By the way I still stand by marxim that the LSC 2013/2014 deserves the title for the: Worst Council in our times. You guys have left us a very bad legacy and we will further remember you for that. The least you can do as a servants or leaders is to acknowledge that you have failed us and spare yourself and us your supporters the embaressment. #IHateCowardsInMyNature Tayo Alabi > NWU(Mfk) LSC To: All Law Students Re: Feed Back Faculty Board Meeting and Disbandment We hope this message finds you all well. The Law Students Council attended the last faculty board meeting for the year on the 4th of September 2014. The Dean alluded that as from next year. 1) There wont be wellness day for the faculty any longer. Due to the fact that students are complaining. Which he further alluded students are not entitled to this things neither T-shirts. 2) Also as for the next incoming LSC, The Dean of the law faculty will no longer have budget for any of your programmes. Also for your blazer and Shirts. Its a directive which was given to all Deans. Therefore the only thing which the incoming LSC will address with the Dean is anything related to academic issues. 3) The Faculty will no longer have Gala dinner as from next year. Due to the fact that students are complaining they do not have funds to pay and also the other Deans from other faculties took the Dean of law and commerce to senate for spending funds which students are not entitled to. Therefore it has come to a conclusion this year Gala dinner will be the last one. DISBANDMENT This to inform all students that the LSC_2013/2014 has been disbanded. With that been said, we will not fully be in disposal to students full time. But we will be available to all students for any help till we hand over to the Next LSC 2014/2015. Also to finish up our last two programmes, the Gala dinner and the seminar for this coming Friday. We are pleased to inform you all that we brought positive change to the law faculty and we stood out from other faculties. We completed 80% of our manifesto.We did our best as the LSC 2013/2014 and we can put it to the house that am proud to have serve with my other executives with their diligent hard work. Even though we did not fulfill the remaining 20% mandate due to unforeseen circumstances. We understand that we can not please everyone. Even though people forget so soon the good things we have done than the things we could not fulfill. Finally we would like to thank students who stood by us throughout our tenure in office and those who made sure our feet never rest in order for us to fulfill our mandate. Over and above i would like to end with this quote In life no one is 100% complete nor perfect; there will always be one thing which is faulty. With that been said we would like to say goodbye.
