Obviously the timing is perfect since Barangay Election na hapit and the fact that copies of the ruling were quickly reproduced and instantly distributed to all cubicles of the SP members/city councilors, city hall and to the media. (There is this rumor na ang nag distribute daw is an SP staff of a high ranking city councilor) Also, how come ang mga tao involved sa suspension were not able to receive any copy of the order and ang DILG ug City Mayors Office wala sad. Para makuha ilang gusto kay nag salig kwartahan ang nag paluyo nila! First of all the case is NOT a graft & corruption case, it’s not the same like sa LAMPOST SCANDAL na “OVER PRICING” up to 150,000 plus each or the 10billion PDAF SCAM. The complaint is all about an ex-barangay official asking for more money from Barangay Looc’s gov’t fund. I don’t want to elaborate the details but nahi-ubos lang dyud ko na naa dyud mga tao na ma linglang sa kwarta. People have already united, wanting an honest, transparent and clean government. (PEOPLES MARCH) Wagtangun nang traditional politician na mu gamit sa ilang kwarta para lang mangilad ug pang linglang sa mga tao even upto the level of our judicial system, para makuha lang ilang gusto showcasing their power and influence. DAMN if you do and Damn if you don’t! Our intention is only to protect the interest of the people by preserving brgy funds since there is no clear law ruling whether that person (who is actually a campaign manager of our opponent) has the right to claim terminal pay for his past services sa brgy and in addition to that, there is this concern of precedence na if mataga-an cya, katong mga past brgy officials including my parents and way before pa panahon ni marcos era will also claim, na ma abot sa point na mahurot ang kwarta sa brgy. And to think, as far as I know, not even one naka ka claim na ani sa mandaue sa 27 ka brgy. Nganung wala man dyud sila ni claim??? Maybe it’s because he never really wanted to claim in the first place but para lang dyud pag destroy sa credibility & leadership sa akong parents! I’m sick and tired of this DIRTY TACTICS! Dili nalang dyud mudawat sa kamatu-oran na WALA dyud naka gusto ang mga tao nila and settle nalang what the majority of the people want. Daghan na kaau mga kaso ilang g pasaka namu especially sa akong amahan, there is this one case na ang ako amahan together with 16 of his men daw nang rape ug 60 plus na babae unya g kidnap daw ug gi sakay sila sa isa ka van, ug g dala sa liloan plus g kawat pa daw iyang relo na g hatag sa judge! Grabeh naman intawn ni uy, even if na dismiss, the damage has been done. What is beyond comprehension is how these people are capable of doing this kind of DIRTY TACTICS not to mention na pamilya raman me, naka suway ba sila na ni buhat sad me ing-ani nila, ni kiha ba me nila ug mga petty, bloated and dili tinuod na mga crime cases? WALA! Why can’t they just be fair and lay down their platforms for barangay looc? Let the Loocanons decide thru fair election. Come to think of it..if they can do that to a brgy official, they can do it to anybody. But I’m confident na ang mga LOOCANONs are smart, mature and who knows the truth. Dili mag pa ilad ug dili mag pa dala sa fake na issue but mu tan-aw sa mga binuhatan ug natabang sa Brgy. Looc. Pasensya na if na abot sa punto na ka post ko ug ing-ani ka taas ug pranka, dili nato dapat tagaan ug oportunidad ang mga tao na mangingilad ug manaut na malampuson sa ilahang binuhatan..the act itself tells us what they are really made of. In fact, karun ang mga supporters sa opponent sa akong amahan kay murag sila mamaligya ug newspaper, nagdala sila tanan ug newspaper ug nag suroy2x sa Looc gi convince nila mga tao na ma priso or guilty na me! Gi linlang ug gi-ilad nasad nila mga tao, g under estimate nila ang mga igsoon natong Loocanons, tan-aw nila ing-ana na dyud ta ka ignorante. I’m not convincing anybody to believe me but I just want you to analyze the facts and weight my arguments regarding the issue.
