To My Loving Woman (a.k.a., Shipmate): We have made to, yet another, annual marker in our lives...the anniversary! That said, Happy Anniversary Karen Magallanes. Unlike last year, this one is different because WE ARE FINALLY IN THE SAME HOUSE. No more 10-hour flights, FaceTime, and living the life of a long-distance marriage. Here are some of the key things that I recall the most of the past year: -Notre Dame failed, horribly, in the National Championship. -Peyton Manning is with the Broncos. -Arizona Cardinals...well, the Cardinals. You know what I mean. -Spent the holidays together. -Made it through three years of living 4800 miles apart. -The beginning of April of 2013, we were living together. -Lil Man turned four years old. -We watched the Irish pull-out a victory over ASU at AT&T Stadium. -The Magallanes family finally met you and the little one at Blanca and Blairs wedding. -And MOST OF ALL...there is another Mags in the making!!!!! Again, those were some of the main elements that you and I still talk about. In the light of the fact, that things may revert back to our previous way of living based on the premise that duty calls. Whatever the case may be, I still wanted to take this time to tell you how much I appreciate you being around me and dealing with shenanigans. For those that know me the most, know that it takes a special woman to handle those issues. The bedrock of my success throughout my entire life thus far steams from your being patient, humble, and everything that is required to deal with a dude like me. Yes, I can admit it...I am difficult man to live with, but you always find the good in me. Thats what makes you...you and why I am so glad that you are still in my life. I would not be here today without you and everything that you have done for me. I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture. At this point...know that I am eternally thankful to God for putting you in my path. Furthermore, I love you Karen Magallanes. Happy Anniversary! We did it again. Regards, Nic
