To Our Kings This is specifically written for the Kings amongst us Who help build our women and to whom our sons and daughters we entrust To the Kings that teach us what it means to Love and not to Lust To the Kings who help rebuild our broken homes and rebuild our trust To the Kings who are themselves going through internal battles that us women may never truly understand To our Kings who feel the continuous pressures of having to be a man To the Kings who have dreams that they work so hard to see materialize To our Kings we love, respect, appreciate and esteem you very High We apologise for the words we say that cut deep The truth is… we admire you even in our sleep We understand that you may not express your emotions exactly as we do But as Queens we want you to know that we are still here for you.
