To Our Loyal Clients: As you may have heard, Matt has been diagnosed with cancer. He is undergoing chemotherapy and, as such, his immune system is greatly compromised. While his visits to the office will be limited, his goal is to be at the office as much as he is physically able. This will help him both physically and mentally. However, because Matt’s immune system will not be able to fight off bacteria, sickness, and viruses, we are asking for everyone’s assistance. We are trying to limit the amount of interaction he has with people in order to reduce the chances of him catching any kind of illness. We have come up with ways to help you help us: If you are just dropping off a payment there is a slot by the front door. To make it even easier, if you don’t want to get out of your car, just call our office when you drive up, and we’ll come out to you. We also have the capability to take your credit/debit or checking account info over the phone. If you have questions and need to speak to Lisa or Deanna, we ask that you utilize the sanitizer located inside the front door. If you or anyone with you is sick we ask that you please contact us via telephone or email and not come in the office, if possible. We will not be able to set appointments for Matt to meet with anyone who is ill, or otherwise contagious. If you’re well, and need to meet with him, you’ll be asked to wear a mask. We will provide masks for this occasion. We are taking great care to provide an environment that Matt can still come to, at his will, and not put his recovery in jeopardy. We have the best clients in the world, and your outpouring of support has been truly amazing. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and want to assure you that Deanna and Lisa are dedicated to making these adjustments as easy on you as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding. Team Dodge
