To Politician -India Requires Fast Track courts in civil cases as well as in criminal & 420 type cases also requires fast track courts in rape cases ; Our Judicial System is such even in many cases civil cases specially if person is of higher power or if he got a lot of money even Police try to help that person in number of ways or killed that he is terrorist; even in criminal cases or rape cases. Secondly our Judicial system is very - very slow sometimes influtiantal person is out of India say in Pakistan & Police have major role in such cases; Till the time we make corruption free society specially Police than system will improve as in many cases seen the theif who has done theft in any premises say factory or shop & people of area thrash that theif to death or thrashing very hard than Police will say u r the culprit who has given u means common people right to thrash that thief. So we require fast track courts in all types of cases & Proper evidences against that criminal.
