To Robbie, Ian, Linda and any other curlers who visit the Fettercairn Page. We are pleased that you take an interest in our club and hope you continue to do so. I/we did not mean anyone to feel you were/are not welcome on the page. This page will continue as it is and will be updated as previously with results pics etc. The new group page was set up at the request of a club member who was not receiving the updates and to aid communication between members. Apparently updates do not appear on other club members home pages unless they are a friend on my home page. (which a couple are) I would prefer not to have to add all Fettercairn Club members to my home page so the group option seemed to be a good idea. That is the only reason it is only for members (at the moment) I have to raise this at the AGM in April for discussion and final approval by the club in any case. It may be that the group page will be open to any curler in any club. So watch this space for further info and its business as usual for this page. Club members should be aware it was decided at the last committee meeting to close the Fettercairn Curling club web page as the facebook page is easier to use and keep updated. Comments / views can be left on this page or private messaged to me and reported at the AGM. Thanks everybody I hope this helps.
