To Ron and Members of the Board, I will address this - TopicsExpress

To Ron and Members of the Board, I will address this email to the Board and will copy all residents. My wife and I are extremely upset with the bill we received December 9th 2014 in the amount of $1000.00 for the damage done to the park early this spring. I requested numerous times, information from the associations insurance claim and the amount of damage so that I may then turn that over to my insurance company to help with any additional costs. I received NO response from you. So my son and I Went to RON YORKs House and confronted him directly and again stated what I needed for our insurance to help with the cost. Here again I received Nothing . Now to clarify the situation, my son was not only involved with the fire that took place at our community park, but charged by the association with arson and criminal mischief . These charges were later dropped by the court because the fire report deem it as an accident and with the support of video evidence that the material in the park was extremely flammable do to wear i.e. negligence of the association NOT maintaining the required up keep of the grounds per year per State Law. I do not believe that any credit was given to my son and I for physically removing a 300 lbs block which posed a huge safety concern do to the fact the a large jagged piece of aluminum was sticking out of it. We also removed all other bolted frame work that was damaged during the fire. This was done during the peak of my cancer treatment. You will have a Check by the end of next week for the FULL amount requested and yes my son will continue to help with what is necessary to rebuild the park. That is because we have honor in our family. In closing, with no better way to say this. YOU HAVE PISED OFF THE WRONG MARINE!! yours truly, W Eric Cameron P.S. Thank you to Doug Lovett and Mic Conati for allowing my son to mow your yard up in till the time he shattered his elbow at church camp. he was able to raise $418.00 to pay toward the damage to the park.
