To Shapeshift friends & ALL FAIRFAX residents and lovers… URGENT!!! Please come to Town Council meeting this Wednesday at 7pm 7/16th!! The town of Fairfax is feeling pressure to have more housing… therefore pressure on School Street Plaza to be developed into 30 - 50 CONDOS and 8000 - 10,000 sq ft of RETAIL SPACE…. ZONING is apparently APPROVED! Can we stop this? This would make a huge change & impact to businesses currently there and surrounding neighborhoods. Can you imagine the TRAFFIC?? Please come and show up and share this!!! Demand ordinance # 778 be repealed or put on November ballot!!
