To Spanx or not to Spanx I’m sure we have all tried or at least heard of “Spanx” the new popular under garment used by both Men & Women to give a smooth and finished look to your attire. Did you know that Spanx founder Sara Blakely created “Spanx” when she was getting ready for a party and realized that she did not have the proper undergarments for the outfit she was wearing? She cut the feet off of her control top pantyhose and the “Spanx” revolution began! With all that being said I have to say that I am often disappointed with the choice or maybe lack of choice that I see women make when it comes to proper undergarments. Ladies all women, let me say it again ALL WOMEN need undergarments for various reasons. How many of you look at yourself in the mirror once you are dressed? Making sure the hair is in place, the makeup is perfect, checking to see if these strappy toe sandals go with this top... I know people check the front, but how many people check the back? Here are some things that will RUIN your outfit: Are you spilling out of the sides of your underwear (we can see that through your clothes)? Do you have some cellulite developing (yep we can see that too)? Or the dreadful (dun dun dunnn) muffin top! The proper undergarment will help all of this look 100% better, not perfect, not take it away, but better and definitely more appealing in your beautiful clothes! We have come across several ladies in dresses for weddings who failed to wear the proper undergarments and in some instances I think it was a little embarrassing. Then the pictures come back and its obvious. You don’t have to wear a "Spanx" every day all day, but the effort should be made for business appointments, night life, and formal events. The “Spanx” is truly the finishing touch on the perfect ensemble! I can’t understand why they aren’t worn. Do you own a “Spanx”? Help me understand why everyone doesn’t wear one?
