Sir, Many of the people, who were cheated by the Chit Funds used to meet me for redress. From the documentary evidence shown by them it was clear that, the Chit Funds were cheating the people mercilessly. Actions should be taken against them immediately to protect the interest of the common people. So enclosing documentary proofs of cheating by Chit Funds like Sarada, Roes Valley, Alchemist I wrote a Letter Dated 13-07-2012 to the Home Secretary of the State and sent it through proper channel. In the letter I described how actions can be taken against them and requested the State Government to take actions accordingly. But I am not aware that any action was taken. Now the CBI is investing into the offences. The reason for not taking any action on my letter may throw some light about the involvement of influential people.
