To The People of North and South Dakota, DO NOT sell or lease out your mineral rights, until we have talked. Here is a snapshot of our 200 year supply. We dont need the Federal gov, they need us. My goal is to starve out the Fed to a certain degree with the cooperation of other States in my region. This has nothing to do with me, this is about the People of Montana, North and South Dakota, Southern Canada, Mexico, Nebraska to Texas and a couple other States have shown interest in this concept. This is a path to breaking away and cutting off control. After Monsanto and other GMO engineering groups fall, I dream of restoring all of our lands in America with the path to organic farming. I have Veteran support for HR for setting up small farms and ranches to restore America, stabilize our rural communities and offer outreach care, partnerships and service. Our assets should provide annual dividend checks is the $2000.00 per person range for 3 year plus residents within the States and perhaps block grants from surplus for poorer States.
