To, The Secretary(Education) Ministry of HRD, Govt of India Shastri Bhawan.New Delhi-110001 Sir, Ref: MY complaints against AICTE Chairman and his team towards misuse of power, no accountability, corruption etc. which is always clear and apparent from their working style and records.: Proof that they also sent a person with bag for bribe collection I have been giving many many evidences since May 2013 to your exteemed office with a hope for justice but the letters forwarded by your office to them are simply tagged in files due to the fact that maximum accused of corruption may soon run away after completing tenure in 3-4 months , indirectly Chairman Mr Mantha is protecting them and in this way MHRD is being cheated by corrupt people. It was stated that the AICTE approval to Ishan Institute of Architecture was not granted due to malafide intension as it has been explained clearly ,it is always clear that there (In AICTE ) is totally Jangal Raj . 1.AICTE RTI officers never respond and tries to remove Postal Orders ,it is their standard. 2.I am giving you another evidence in writing 1.As stated in my complaints that there was a mysterious person (say MP) with Expert Inspection team of AICTE .As per law it is totally illegal. This person was basically for bribe collection .Dr Gajendra Singh tried to ask in his hidden language many times due to some fear in his mind that there were CC Cameras in my office .He noticed during entry itself. The mysterious person(MP) was carrying a bag with him.The photographs are self explanatory. As annexure 1 2 Dr Gajendra Singh asked me repeatedly on phone to meet Mr Mantha personally and settle with him. One day he said that they were ready to reconsider on his request but due to my RTI ,I have done mistake and their ego is very much hurt. 3.We tried to met in the office of Advisor (Approval) .He is top most officer in AICTE ,who is available to public between 3 to 4 only after filling long forms for the purposes .After long waiting ,at 4 pm he came outside his office, stand up near the lift ,we narrated the whole thing in brief saying about illegal inspection teams and RO intervention minute to minute with experts .He saw on us with red colored eyes and left the office in lift . It was a very shocking attitude and behavior of a power drunken public servant which we never saw in life . 4.We tried to met Chairman, but after a long interview by his staff about the purpose they directed us to Meet Mr Hada ,Advisor only. Due to this the institute could not be started and suffered a loss of 6.20 crores. Yours Truly
