The major causes of insecurity include a Government blue print that wants us to suffer, illiterate clan elders with the brain of any other monkey in the African forest playing puppet role for insatiable tycoons, power hungry politicians who will do anything to remain in power and a blind public! No one will hear us but we just cant remain silent. There is no land scarcity or border dispute in Garissa coz we have only used 3.5% of the land in the county and 96,5% is unoccupied/not utilized. No one is fighting for land and it is the land that should be fighting for people coz it is empty! No one will hear us but we just cant remain silent. Your bunch of elders will sit after each killing to collect se amount for the dead and release the murderers from each clan. This is to give them a chance to kill, increase the hate or get killed. Do you know the price you pay for killing a man in Garissa? $700! The same rice that you will pay if your car killed a goat on the road. It is not a joke! It is what your elders approved. (I wonder what an elder means in the dirty Garissa dictionary). No one will hear us but we just cant remain silent. Where were these elders when Suuq Mugdi was burnt to ashes? Where were they when this town was in curfew for months and years? Where were they when we were in emergency laws for decades? Where were they when the Army practiced firing on herders heads from 1963 to 1986? Did you see elders meeting to a ask the Government? Did you see politicians coming to talk about the open oppression of the Government? Where were they? No one will hear us but we just cant remain silent. Politicians ? Why do you seem to have black only when you are required to fight your brother and yet you have your tails between the legs when the Government is oppressing your people? No one will hear us but we just cant remain silent. My last word; Religion is not about wearing some white Qamis and rubbing your faces on the carpet! The filth and garbage that our young boys transmit on the FB is enough to tell whether we are believers or not. Dont get shocked when you are placed in the grave to find out that a your FB account status is accumulating more sins for you dead than alive.
