To Whom It May Concern: (And hoping this transmits as written and typed and copied for my file with deletions, editing and/or changes made, accidentally or as intended by computer corruption of data.) I have many questions to ask of you at this point in time in my life, considering my extremely difficult situation of apparently being incommunicado (sp?) with my family of origins members (two of them, my living sisters, with my quite willing consent) my brother, Floyd B. Maibie (Maibie is my maiden name) but, most importantly my only son, Christopher P. Collignon, about whose wherebouts and well being I am once again kept in the dark, most likely because of his fathers, (Thomas E. Pete Collignon) false claims of abuse of both him and our son filed in the court, which date back to his ultimate wish for a divorce in July of 1994, along with his apparent wish then, and now again, with the apparent hostility toward me and help of Petes first wife of fifty years ago and their two daughters, to alienate our son from me. I will, however, pose several of great importance, as follows: 1a) Why, when I relocated from Spokane, Washington to Garland, Texas on May 1, 2003, as encouraged to do by my sister, Shirley A. (Maibie) Histen, in order to help her care for our elderly mother, Gladys E. Maibie, afflicted with Alzheimers Disease and/or Dementia, in Shirleys home since she worked full-time for Blue Cross, was I subjected to her hostility, domineering control and frequent (after arriving home from work and on weekends), angry, verbal abuse and outrageous accusations of bad behavior and need for heavy medication, as well as (on one occasion), minor physical abuse? 1b) Why was I hearing frequent anger, hostility, and her having signed on to Move-On.Org and directing passionate anger and hatred toward former President George W. Bush each time she saw him appear on television, and extreme anger at the attorney she had retained (Wendell Turley, as I recall) to represent her in a wrongful termination lawsuit when she was discharged from the company (sponsored by CIA, so she had said) for refusing to see the company psychologist to deal with her apparently extremely-emotional reaction to an obscene phone call previously? (She told me that she had gone to a psychologist of her own choosing, that he advised her that she didnt need a psychologist, she needed a lawyer, and the attorney she retained had dropped her as a client because she had been contacting the media as she had been advised not to do,) 1c) I have no doubt about why she was determined to locate an author who wore, so she said, a trademark white suit to write her spy novel, but what information her top-secret clearance she had access to on her job I have no knowledge of, including whether or not she has spread it elsewhere and to whom, but why did she tell me a week or so since that We...(apparently referring to herself, my brother Floyd in Montana, and my only son, Christopher who I now have absolutely no contact with), can have (me) evicted and made homeless because the only roof I have over my head is provided by Section 8 Rental Assistance, funded by HUD,and financed locally? 2) Was it because she had been, since September of 1993, projecting her problem with CIA (so she said) of having been asked to see the psychologist within the business she worked for (never said what company, except that it was a subsidiary of Rockwell Corporation) with a top-secret security clearance sponsored, so she said by CIA, upon my problem in September of 1993 of having been involuntarily detained in my home by a local police officer, claiming I was in a crisis state as he was told with information from someone at the school, along with a subsidized male mental-health professional from the county, would not allow me to make a phone call, searched my home with no probable cause or Miranda Rights, and I was forced to drive downtown, where I was asked to sign a voluntary commitment form to incarcerate myself on the psychiatric ward of a Spokane private Catholic hospitals psychiatric ward, which was decicedly not voluntary? (Maam, you may GO! We were told this was voluntary! You will not be billed for this, and this will NOT be in OUR records!) 3) Why, during and after my divorce filed for in August of 1994, was she calling me with often manic, sometimes frantic telephone messages attempting to connect someone I had worked for almost twenty years before, whose father, as I recall being told at the time, was in the foreign service? (As well as, during the same time period, as I recall, telling me I told them his name!, referring to the project counsel located in a large Northern California city who visited on occasion the retirement residence I worked for from approximately June of 1970 until the following year, when my then-husband, Pete Collignon was transferred to Seattle, Washington with the company he worked for at the time? (I dont recall ever even mentioning the project counsels name to her, though I may have at the time.) 4a) How and why did the last message my sister Shirley left on my voice mail a few days ago, which I deleted in terror of her, and her voice showing quite obvious intent and belief that They (were) going to come out and pick (me) up and commit (me) again to Terrel!!! because I was Sick and need(ed) help! appear again in my voice mail recently after I had deleted it, because my doctor and I have obviously communicated and agreed that I am not necessarily paranoid schizophrenic or bipolar, or even mentally ill, and the medication I had been taking could be tapered off gradually if it wasnt helping me, and replaced with an Tylenol PM generic substitute as a help in reliving stress and a sleep aid?
