To Whom It May Concern, It gives me great pleasure to write a reference letter for Inez Andy. I hold her in the highest regard and have the utmost respect for her as a healer as a teacher and as a woman. I have worked with Inez Andy for many years. We have shared sacred physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional experiences with each other and with the patrons with whom we serve. She and I have worked side by side, supporting each others work and we have worked as a team. We worked together in the Healing Tent at the canoe journey in Neah Bay and Quinault. We also worked together at the Canadian Elders Gatherings in Abbot, British Columbia. Patrons would often return and ask for her by name. She takes time, uses extreme care to assess the need and gives all of herself to the work she does with each individual patron. Inez has always impressed me. Her integrity is impeccable. She listens. She is grounded. She is in touch/in tune with surrounding energy from the Source Spirit. She only speaks when it is necessary to speak; Inez is respectful of others in her presence. She has much to teach those around her, but she is still very humble. An example of her teaching for me personally is her continuous reminder that we should only tell our story not others stories. I will be forever grateful to her for that teaching. Inez touches those around her with a positivity in a way that is special. She is realistic and at the same time uplifting, supportive and healing to those who reach out to her. She is very good at what she does and would be a great asset to you.
