To all FCC members: WHAT : BAGUIO CITY BIKE FUN RIDE WHEN : September 8, 2013 ( Sunday ) Assembly time: 5:00 AM infront of the CSF City Plaza Car/Vehicle convoy from CSF to Rosario, La Union Junction Mass Start at Rosario Junction: 7:00 AM ROUTE: Rosario Junction ( Camp-1 ) via KENNON Road to Baguio City SUMMIT: CHIAS Restaurant, back of INA Mansion, near Burnham Park What to BRING: 1. Well tuned bike and safety gear 2. Water ,energy drinks and food you need during the course 3. Extra cloth(s) and rain coat incase rain falls during the event 4. Own medicine. What to pay: 1. Mandatory One Hundred (P 100.00) pesos as share for transportation expenses 2. Extra Money for your Food at Chias Restaurant at the back of Ina Mansion Optional: Afternoon ride going down via Naguilian Road is optional to members. In case of rainfall or zero visibility during the descend, RIDE WILL BE CANCELED. In case of a good weather bikers are advised that pick-up point for bikers who want to enjoy the downhill experience are either of the following Barangay Angin or Bato or infront of Naguilian Municipal Hall. Bikers who are willing to pedal their bike to City of San Fernando may do so. PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY P 100.00 ON OR BEFORE Sept. 3, 2013 FOR CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATION OF YOUR SLOT FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION. FIRST COME PER SERVE...NO RESERVATION...NO SLOT REMINDERS: 1. Members joining this BIKE Escapade will sign their waiver upon Registration and Payment for transportation. 2. Members bringing their car, MAY CATER fellow bikers 3. Since we do not have Medical and sweeper vehicle, FCC volunteers with knowledge in first aid and security measures are welcomed.
