To all Fallon Feedlot Sales loyal followers, owners and supporters we would like to take a bit of time to tell you of a true angel who has been following our page and helping horses since last year around this time. There has been horses purchased under false names or no name at all to protect the privacy of this amazing person in a time of healing. This amazing woman has taken a true tragedy and turned it into a life of love, gratitude, friendship and fulfilled dreams. This week we had three horses with no interest destined for slaughter to no fault of their own. Once again our angel stepped in and gave these horses homes. Not once has help been asked for! The horses are bought, hauled to their new home, given an over all health check, put on proper care and diet. If needed these horses get further training to better them, some are re-homed, finally others are retired properly. Overall these horses are loved, appreciated, and have a purpose. While on this adventure Granite Mountain 19 Equine Rehabilitation was formed, Once a tragedy now a dream fulfilled! This amazing angel is Amanda Beno Marsh, this dream is hers and was her heroic husbands dream before he lost his life along with his crew as a Hotshot firefighter. It takes an amazing person to carry on with the strength and dignity Amanda has. As you all know we do not take sponsor monies here at FFS, however GM19ER would graciously appreciate and accept help towards these horses. Amanda has purchased and rehabilitated around 25 horses from us without a bit of help.
