To all Filipino citizens in the world, trials and suffering can actually refine and deepen gratefulness if we allow them to show us not to take things for granted. Our bayanihan spirit is a sign of gratitude, thanksgiving, was born and grew out of hard times. The support of other nations make Filipinos more solid in spirit and love. It became a phenomenal in this times of hardship and loses to our brothers and sisters and in this way we ease their depression and at the same time we can give them hope to survive. In goodtimes, people take prosperity for granted and begin to believe that they are invulnerable. In times of uncertainty, though, people realize how powerless they are to control their own destiny. If you begin to see that everything we have, everything we have counted on, may be taken away, it becomes much harder to take it for granted. So crisis can make us more grateful that we can survive and hurdle the crisis we are going trough—Our gratitude to all those people, organizations & other countries in different parts of the globe also helps us cope in this time of crisis. Consciously cultivating an attitude of gratitude builds up a sort of psychological immune system that can cushion us when we fall. Filipinos is evidence that they are grateful people and more resilient to stress, whether minor or major crisis & personal upheavals we as Filipinos unite and shows the world that we can make our country a better place to live in. It works this way: Think of the worst times in our life, our sorrows, our losses, our sadness—and then remember that here we are, able to remember them, that we made it through the worst times of our life, we get through the trauma, we get through the trial, we endured the temptation, we survived the crisis, We are making our way out of the dark. Remember that GOD is always with US in spirit and in deeds. Babango tayong lahat at sabay nating harapin ang bagong umaga. Mabuhay ka PILIPINAS naming Mahal. (Bheng Guacena- Doha State of Qatar )
