To all Khmer citizens, As I have analysis the situation in Cambodia til today. And as most of us know so well that CNRP has won this July 28, 2013 primary elections and also take control on the parliament. However, Hun Sen and CPP failed to acknowledged their defeat and yet had even deployed military troops into the Capitol. Here they CPP tried to intimidating Khmer citizens from taking up peaceful protest again many irregularities, fraudulent, and also NEC help cheated Khmer citizens voting. The world knew exactly that Hun Sen and his CPP had lost this election. It is Hun Sen that needs to address the Khmer people and willingly to step down as an exceptional to his defeat. As Khmer citizens all over the world, we shall and will now allowwd such leader to lead our country downward like it is now. There are many flaws that Hun Sen and his CPP failed to enforce and also address. Now they must accepted their lost like any other country leader. I do have the privilege to attended such an event at New York in front of United Nations headquarters seeking their full commitment to abided by their signatories on October 23, 1991 Paris Peace Accords. Every Khmer in the world would like to see those countries to honor to their words. There are limited democracy for only among the few riches and wealthy people. However, nearly 60 precent of Khmer people are living way belowed poverty lines. The CPP then appeared to protected illegal Vietnamese immigration over Khmer citizens. Even the police forced had failed their duty to enforce all applicable laws set forth in the Cambodia Constitution Laws. We Khmer citizens are need to rise up and to help protect and secure our vote that Hun Sen and his CPP government are failing to do. We must are united as set our common goal to secured our both sides of the borders equally without prejudice. Khmer people are not slaves nor servants to any foreign people. We are khmer and we are better. This is our land and our nation and protection of our natural treasure are a must. We will united, and we will have full democracy under the protection of the laws. We are all must united and united as Khmer Federation. Best wish and god bless Cambodia and her people.
