To all Olim chadasim! For those of you who have been taken advantage of by companies in israel for the simple fact that we do not understand Hebrew and the laws of the country please do not stress! Hot mobile has called me after 2 year and told me that I have debt that was not paid for in 2013! I did pay for this debt which I shouldnt have, I was harassed by hot mobile lawyers and told if I did not pay I would go to court and my bank accounts would be frozen!After countless hours of fighting with them they admitted that I paid the debt in 2013 but now there is a new debt for 2012. Very strange that the debt for 2013 didnt include the debt for 2012! Tzvika Graiver a lawyer in israel has taken my side to help my situation. After a conference call today with the lawyers of hot mobile and Tzvika, I could immediately hear that he made it clear to them that I will not pay another shekel. Tzvika thank you for the help, words can not explain how grateful I am that you are by my side!
