To all citizens of Hartbeespoort We’ve created an open communication channel for all citizens of Hartbeespoort to report and communicate on all suspicious activity and emergency situations Please note this is not another security group, but an open “real-time” channel to report and request assistance for all emergencies With the help of CPF Sector 3, Wierdaburg and the Centurion Concerned Citizens community, we’ve created an open radio channel on the mobile application Zello for all to join to help fight the current crime situation in and around our community. In both community meetings held this past week, numerous people has asked how we can make a difference, and what we can do curb the crime in our community. The key is open real-time communication between community members, SAPS, EMS, security companies and current security groups and we all can make the difference now by connecting all. I would like to invite all to join the “Hartbeespoort Concerned Citizens” channel on Zello. Zello can be downloaded to all smartphones, Android, iPhones and Blackberries. The app is available free on Google Play, Blackberry World and iTunes We can also integrate 2-way radio channels without any interference so all can be connected using this platform.
