To all my FB friends in the Cariboo Regional District: Many of - TopicsExpress

To all my FB friends in the Cariboo Regional District: Many of you have expressed disappointment that you cannot vote in the City elections. However, there are two CRD Areas that have what I would consider critical opportunities to vote for more progressive candidates. Susan MacNeill is seeking election in Area A; which includes Dragon Lake, Red Bluff and Kersley. Ive worked with Susan and she is a strong, community-minded activist and would be great to have on the CRD. (See her FB page @ Elect Susan MacNeill for CRD Director Area A) If you live in Area A, tomorrow you can vote for Susan at Red Bluff School, Kersley Hall or the Library downtown. Heloise Dixon-Warren is seeking re-election in Area B; which includes Bouchie Lake and 10 Mile Lake. I believe Heloise has attempted to make changes to the way the CRD operates and to get more localized services for the communities she represents. (See her FB page @ Re-Elect Heloise Dixon-Warren for CRD Director Area B) If you live in Area B, tomorrow you can vote for Heloise at Bouchie Lake Hall, Parkland School, or the Library downtown. Remember to bring two pieces of ID showing your residential address and your legal name. Lets get out and vote!!
