To all my family and friends. We would like to thank you all for the support and understanding you have given to myself, Chloe and Emily, over these past weeks. Knowing we have Family and Friends to help us through this tough time, has helped us in many ways. I know we are all feeling sad that weve lost Emma, my beautiful Daughter, treasured sister , beloved Mum to Chloe and Emily and your Friend. Together we have cried an ocean of tears, as we feel empty and hold so many fears. But Emma, would want us to know shes in a good place and that she is watching us all, with a smile on her face, As we have made her so proud, as proud as can be, that she has such a beautiful and special family.
